Application to Join the Find a Breeder Listing Find a Breeder Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for inclusion in The Kennel Club Find a Breeder listing, breeders must meet/agree to the following criteria for the breed they wish to be listed for: All litters of the breed(s) for which the breeder is applying, bred since 01 January 2025, must, at a minimum, meet The Kennel Club’s Good Practice health standard. If the breeder’s last litter of the breed was before 01 January 2025, that litter must have met the Good Practice health standard, and/or all mating bitches and sires must, at a minimum, be tested to meet the Good Practice health standard for the breed. Breeders must confirm that they are aware of, and familiar with, The Kennel Club Health and Welfare Standards and breed in accordance with these standards. Breeders must not have bred any litters with Non-Breed Standard (NBS) colours since 01 January 2022. If the breeder’s last litter was before 01 January 2022, that litter must not have been from NBS-coloured dogs and/or included any NBS-coloured puppies. Breeders must provide consent for the publication of their contact details in accordance with The Kennel Club’s policies. Breeders must acknowledge that inclusion in the listing does not constitute an endorsement, approval, or recommendation by The Kennel Club and must not use any terminology or imply otherwise. The Kennel Club reserves the right to remove any breeder from the listing at its discretion and without prior notice. All applications will be reviewed by The Kennel Club and checked for accuracy. Applications found to be incomplete, incorrect, or in breach of the terms & conditions will be declined. Eligibility will be periodically re-assessed to ensure ongoing compliance. Breeders may be removed from the listing at any time without notice. Accolades assigned to breeders within the Find a Breeder listing will be determined at the discretion of The Kennel Club, based on the information provided in the application form and information already held by The Kennel Club. Breeders are responsible for notifying The Kennel Club of any changes that may affect their eligibility or require updates to the listing. Next Privacy Your privacy is very important.
