Crufts photo licence application form

1. Introduction
This Photography Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Kennel Club  (“Organiser”) and [Photographer’s Name] (“Photographer”) to grant a license to the Photographer to take dog show photography photographs at Crufts Dog Show to resell to exhibitors.

2. Licensing Fee
The Photographer agrees to pay a licensing fee of £300 in advance to The Kennel Club. This fee grants the Photographer the right to take commercial photographs during the event.

3. Payment Terms

• The licensing fee of £300 must be paid in full before 20 February 2026.
• Payment will be invoiced further to application confirmation.
• Once payment is received, confirmation will be sent, which must be presented upon arrival at the event.

4. Rights and Restrictions

• The Photographer is granted a non-exclusive licence to take and use photographs for commercial purposes
• The Photographer must adhere to all event rules and regulations
• The Organiser reserves the right to revoke the licence if the Photographer violates any terms of this Agreement
• If any commercial photography is found to have taken place following the show without a licence, the photographer will be asked to remove the photographs from sale or will be required to pay £500, which includes a £250 fine
• The dog show photography licence fee will include Best in Show seating in an allocated area
• Commercial photographers will not receive ring-side access or collecting ring access
• No access to the Media Centre
• Please note that no live streaming from the arena is allowed at all, and no live streaming from the show in general unless prior permission has been given

5. Liability
The Photographer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Kennel Club from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Photographer’s activities at the event.

6. Acceptance
By signing below, the Photographer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
*The Kennel Club Ltd will vet all applications on a case-by-case basis. The application does not automatically grant a licence.
