How to report a safeguarding concern.
Everyone has the right to feel safe. If you have a concern about the wellbeing or safety of a child, young person, or vulnerable adult, we want to hear from you. Concerns can include anything from witnessing inappropriate behaviour to noticing changes that worry you. Your responsibility is simply to share what you have observed. Our reporting process is confidential, straightforward, and focused on taking timely action. Reports are handled by safeguarding leads who assess each situation and involve the right agencies when necessary.
