How Our Committees Operate
Our committees meet regularly throughout the year to review progress, discuss priorities, and make recommendations.
-
Committees report into the RKC Board
-
Meetings are held on a scheduled basis
-
Agendas and papers are shared in advance
-
Key decisions and actions are recorded (please note that minutes are confidential)
This structured approach ensures transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making.
