Committees and Terms of Reference
Our Committees support the organisation by providing expertise, oversight, and recommendations across key areas of activity. Each Committee operates under a published Terms of Reference that outlines its purpose, delegated authority, membership, and responsibilities. Further information can be found online.
Liaison Councils
Our Liaison Councils provide a valuable mechanism for participants, competitors , volunteers, judges, and clubs and societies to contribute to the development of their respective activities. Acting as an advisory link between the canine community and the Royal Kennel Club, Liaison Councils gather feedback, consider proposals, and make recommendations to support the effective governance and continuous improvement of licensed activities. If you would like to submit a proposal regarding an activity, this can be done via an online form.
Complaints and Concerns
The Royal Kennel Club has established procedures for handling complaints relating to conduct at licensed events. Further information and how to submit an incident involving conduct at a Kennel Club licensed event or social media activity in connection with a licensed event can be found online.
