Crufts 2027 and Agility Team GB qualification opportunities for entrants
The Royal Kennel Club International Agility Festival returns to Rutland Showground for its 22nd year running from 6-9 August, welcoming more than 3,200 dogs and almost 2,000 handlers from 11 countries and territories. Competitors will enjoy four days of agility competition, with opportunities to qualify for Crufts 2027 and potentially represent Agility Team GB on the international stage.
Recognised as the world's largest dog agility festival, the event will once again bring together competitors of all sizes, shapes and breeds. A total of 18 rings will host the competition, with nearly 300 classes for dogs of all abilities, from novice to professional.
Among the highlights are Crufts 2027 qualifying competitions, Young Royal Kennel Club competitions, the opportunity to qualify for the Agility Team GB try-out process for the 2027 Championships, and the Agility Stakes quarter and semi-finals.
Entries for competing in the 2026 International Agility Festival have now closed, but spectators and their dogs are encouraged to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy world-class displays of this skilled and competitive discipline free of charge, with on-site parking available for £5.
The festival is proudly supported by Skinner's, returning as sponsor for a fourth consecutive year, alongside Antinol, which joins the event as a new sponsor for 2026.

Visitors can also explore the Royal Kennel Club Roadshow trailer, where staff will be on hand to offer expert advice, RKC merchandise, and free leaflets and brochures providing guidance on responsible dog ownership and how to get into agility if you’re interested. The Royal Kennel Club executive team, including Chief Executive Jannine Edgar, will also be attending throughout the festival to meet competitors and guests.
