The Royal Kennel Club Announces Documentary Partnership With Vybrant Media

The Royal Kennel Club (RKC) has agreed to a new documentary partnership with Vybrant Media to develop a short-form series exploring the role of dogs in modern life.

The docuseries will examine some of the most important and evolving conversations surrounding pedigree dogs and dog ownership today, spanning health, welfare, responsible ownership, public perception, lifestyle and the relationship between people and dogs in contemporary society.

Bringing together expert voices, real stories and informed perspectives from across the wider dog world, the series aims to create thoughtful, balanced and engaging discussion around the issues shaping canine welfare and ownership today.

Craig Vye, Co-Founder of Vybrant Media said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with the Royal Kennel Club on a series that aims to bring nuance, insight and authenticity to conversations around dogs in modern society. Through expert voices and real stories, we hope to create content that is informative, engaging and genuinely reflective of the evolving relationship between people and dogs today. If you feel your organisation, expertise, or experience could contribute meaningfully to these conversations, we’d love to hear from you.

Jannine Edgar, Chief Executive at Royal Kennel Club said: “This partnership is an exciting opportunity to open up informed and balanced conversations around pedigree dogs and dog ownership today. We’re proud to be working with Vybrant Media on a series that will celebrate the positive role dogs play in people’s lives, while also exploring important topics around health, welfare and responsible ownership in a thoughtful and accessible way.”
